Cost bands for a full home renovation

Bands are typical ranges, not fixed prices; fees are quoted after survey. The figures on this page come from studio scope sheets on comparable Kyiv apartments and are listed per square metre, so you can test a band against your own floor plan before we meet.

  • Apartment 60 to 140 m²
  • 8 to 24 weeks on site
  • Fixed-scope contract
  • Design fee quoted separately
What a band covers
Measurement survey, demolition, wet works, electrical and finishing trades, all held under one scope sheet.
What sits outside it
Furniture, appliances, window replacement and any change ordered after the survey is signed.
How fees are set
Design fee and site supervision are quoted per project after the survey, never read off a price list.
